On Ireena as a Side-Kick: I recommend using Ireena Kolyana as a 3rd level side-kick in any campaign where she is not played by one of your players. Be aware that the handout touches on: a passphrase to get past the green flames of Tsolenka Pass which can be found at Argynvostholt, how Fiona Wachter came upon a false copy of The Grimoire of the Four Quarters, and how Izek Strazni and Stella Wachter were born.
If so, I recommend using this handout as a method to deliver additional information about her/his heritage to this player.
